Enjoy a morning creating a micro-pond for nature and journaling. Learn how to make your own micro-pond, and how this supports biodiversity. Experience healing in nature as we explore writing and journaling exercises, and the mental health benefits of this. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear.
