As part of Kerry Biodiversity Week 2018, you are invited to a film screening at Siamsa Tíre, Tralee on  Saturday 26th May @ 4pm

Screenings:

4pm:  Short video by Kerry Branch Irish Wildlife Trust Little Samphire Island 

A brief look back at a mini Bio-Blitz carried out on Little Samphire Island (Fenit Lighthouse) in April 2018.  (Produced by Kerry Branch Irish Wildlife Trust).

 

Followed by the documentary ‘Natura Urbana – The Brachen of Berlin’. This is about urban ecology, directed by Mathew Gandy.  It tells the story of how plants re-colonised parts of Berlin after World War 2. (Previously screened at the Fenit Wild Mind Festival a few weeks ago).

 

This event is supported by Kerry County Council as part of Kerry Biodiversity Week 2108. It is co-hosted by The Irish Wildlife Trust (Kerry Branch), Siamsa Tíre and Transition Kerry.
